Ark Data Centres are bringing forward the fourth phase of investment at Union Park, Hayes
With construction of UP2 and UP3 underway, the project has reached a major milestone in recent months, with UP1 becoming occupied and operational.
Ark is pleased to be bringing forward another milestone in the Union Park project, realising the final stage of investment with the creation of building four (UP4). This latest stage will help to cement Hillingdon’s place as a global leader of state-of-the-art modern data facilities.
Having recently been designated as Critical National Infrastructure, data centres are central to the functioning of social and business interactions, the NHS, British digital economy and national defence.
Ahead of the submission of the final phase, Ark will be consulting residents on the plans. An event will be held at Crane Community Centre at Fuller Way, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 4LW on 27 November, 15:30-19.30. This will provide a chance for residents to meet the project team and share their views on the proposals.
